What your day will look like The Operations Manager at Equity Resources is a senior leadership role responsible for the end-to-end operational performance of multiple mortgage production and support departments. This role provides strategic direction, leadership, and accountability across operations to ensure scalability, compliance, efficiency, and exceptional service outcomes in a high-volume environment. The Operations Manager serves as the operational leader over key departments, directly managing department leaders and driving continuous improvement across people, processes, technology, and performance.
