• Function Leadership: You stand up, document, and continuously improve Power Digital’s MLR operations methodology, setting the standards and workflows that govern how regulated content moves through review. • Team Leadership & Coaching: You build, lead, and develop a small operations team, including offshore executors, balancing capacity against demand and coaching for quality, speed, and compliance accuracy. • Veeva PromoMats Ownership: You own the Veeva Vault PromoMats environment — claims library architecture, modular content strategy, reference stewardship, 2253 submission packaging, and integration with creative and media workflows. • Client & Stakeholder Leadership: You serve as the senior operational partner to clients’ medical, legal, and regulatory teams, leading review-process alignment and protecting launch timelines across the portfolio. • Employ AI technologies to enhance and optimize business processes. • Utilize and leverage Power Digital’s Nova ecosystem as it relates to your department. • Other applicable or related duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- 7+ years in pharmaceutical or healthcare promotional operations, with prior experience standing up or scaling an MLR or promotional review function
- Deep Veeva Vault PromoMats expertise at the admin level (configuration, workflows, claims library design, modular content)
- People leadership experience, including managing or mentoring direct reports and/or offshore teams
- Strong command of FDA OPDP guidance and 21 CFR 202, including fair balance, ISI placement, branded vs. unbranded vs. disease-awareness rules, and 2253 filing
- Proven track record in compressing review cycle times and increasing content throughput at scale
- Comfortable leading process conversations directly with client medical, legal, and regulatory leadership
- Bonus: Veeva PromoMats certification, agency-side pharma experience, or experience building offshore or managed-services delivery models

What your day will look like The Operations Manager at Equity Resources is a senior leadership role responsible for the end-to-end operational performance of multiple mortgage production and support departments.
