Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Finances, Administration, or equivalent mortgage industry experience. - 5+ years of recent mortgage operations experience, with demonstrated leadership over multiple departments. - Comprehensive knowledge of residential mortgage processing, underwriting, disclosure, closing and funding procedures. - Strong familiarity with conventional and government loan programs (FHA, VA, USDA), as well as regulatory and investor compliance requirements. - Experience with an electronic Loan Origination System (LOS) is required, Encompass experience is preferred. - Ability to analyze operational data and translate insights into actionable improvements. - Strong understanding of workflow optimization, and automation, leveraging/implementing AI-driven technologies, while demonstrating an AI adoption mindset. - Strategic, execution-focused leader with confidence in decision-making and ability to lead teams through change. - Exceptional communication skills across all levels of the organization. - Demonstrates a high level of integrity, confidentiality, and accountability. - Ability to operate independently while collaborating effectively with executive leadership. - Fueled by passion and a competitive drive to excel. What your day will look like The Operations Manager at Equity Resources is a senior leadership role responsible for the end-to-end operational performance of multiple mortgage production and support departments. This role provides strategic direction, leadership, and accountability across operations to ensure scalability, compliance, efficiency, and exceptional service outcomes in a high-volume environment. The Operations Manager serves as the operational leader over key departments, directly managing department leaders and driving continuous improvement across people, processes, technology, and performance. The ideal candidate brings recent mortgage industry operations experience, a strong command of regulatory compliance, and a mindset that embraces AI enabled solutions, automation, and innovation to modernize operations. The following duties would be applicable: - Provide strategic and operational leadership across mortgage operations, including Processing, Underwriting, Disclosure, Closing/Funding, and Training & Process Improvement. - Partner with executive leadership to align operational strategy with company growth goals, regulatory expectations, and market conditions. - Lead, coach, and develop department leaders, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, professional growth, and continuous improvement. - Oversee workforce planning and talent strategy, including staffing, onboarding, cross-training, performance management, and succession planning. - Own and continuously improve end-to-end operational workflows from disclosure through funding, driving efficiency, quality, compliance, and an exceptional borrower experience. - Lead change management initiatives related to process improvements, regulatory changes, and system or technology enhancements. - Ensure operational compliance with federal, state, and investor guidelines, partnering with Compliance and Quality Control to mitigate risk and implement corrective actions. - Analyze operational performance metrics and KPIs to drive data-informed decisions related to productivity, capacity planning, and process optimization. - Champion the adoption of technology, automation, and AI-enabled tools, promoting innovation while ensuring solutions meet compliance, security, and audit standards. - Serve as a key liaison across operations, sales, compliance, quality control, IT, and executive leadership to resolve complex issues and support enterprise-level initiatives. - Perform other duties as assigned. • Collaborate closely with the Growth organization to define and optimize acquisition, conversion, and retention targets across regions and channels. • Operate as a central, region agnostic capital allocator within Growth — ensuring time, budget, and effort are deployed toward the highest incremental impact opportunities. • Act as a key partner to Growth leadership, turning complex data into clear trade off decisions, pressure testing assumptions, and helping determine where the next dollar and the next hour should be invested. • Own Growth’s forecasting and planning processes, ensuring regional and central teams are aligned on targets, assumptions, and trade offs. • Run the operating cadence for Growth, steward the business inputs, scenario frameworks, and planning logic layered on top of Data’s forecasting model. • Translate performance insights into cross regional and cross channel allocation decisions that improve incremental growth and capital efficiency — operating within the financial guardrails set by our Finance team.

• Partner with UHNW Relationship Managers, Financial Advisors, product teams, and operations partners to support bespoke UHNW client needs • Serve as the primary operational and performance reporting lead for complex UHNW client relationships, including multi-entity households, trusts, partnerships, foundations, closely held assets, alternative investments, and personal accounts • Deliver high-touch internal support for time-sensitive, client-impacting requests • Perform detailed analysis of investment performance data • Lead the design, implementation, and ongoing refinement of scalable UHNW performance reporting frameworks • Create and maintain highly customized reports, including consolidated performance, entity-level reporting, net worth summaries, and asset allocation views • Build and enhance reporting templates tailored to UHNW clients and evolving client needs • Design, test, and refine reporting structures within Orion, including workflows for handling complex, multi-entity, and alternative investment data • Identify system limitations and develop creative, manual, or interim solutions to deliver accurate and timely reporting • Troubleshoot performance discrepancies and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues • Educate advisors on performance calculations, benchmarks, and reporting methodologies • Oversee setup and maintenance of alternative investments and manually maintained accounts within Orion and related systems • Convert valuation and transaction data into portfolio accounting system templates • Support development of repeatable processes for incorporating alternative and illiquid investments into reporting outputs • Play a central role in building and evolving the UHNW operations and reporting function, including defining best practices, workflows, and scalable processes

• Assist the leadership in leading expansion plans for the market and shape the plan for launching new services while ensuring strong coordination with Government Relations, Marketing and Tech teams along the way • Work with relevant business owners and country managers to ensure world-class operational standards in areas such as licensing, local exchange operations, products and growth etc. • Work extensively with data dashboards to refine user experience, to monitor and report operating metrics to proactively identify areas of improvement and recommend and implement action plans • Partner with cross functional teams, using region specific data and insight to define changes, design experiments, and implement those changes across our product operations.
