Role Description We are seeking a motivated and experienced Executive Assistant to support a UK-based employer in providing high-level administrative and operational support to senior leadership. This role is ideal for a South African professional who is organised, proactive, and confident working with UK teams remotely. - Manage and support the diary, travel arrangements, and communications of one or more executives - Handle incoming correspondence, meeting preparation, and follow-up actions efficiently - Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders across time zones - Maintain accurate records of appointments, decisions, expenses, and confidential documents - Use relevant tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Zoom, and project management tools - Support the wider team with event coordination, reporting, and ad hoc administrative tasks - Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve executive productivity Qualifications - 2+ years of experience as an executive assistant, personal assistant, or in a related role - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English - Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously - Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and online communication tools - Able to work independently and manage your own time effectively - High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving - Experience working with UK-based clients or employers is advantageous - Must have a reliable laptop, stable internet connection, and a quiet working environment Requirements - Salary: R25,000/month - 100% Remote
