SEO Account Manager

Remote Talent LATAM

• Maintain consistent weekly or bi-monthly email and phone communication loops with clients to provide transparent data updates, answer campaign questions, and gather feedback on real-world business impact. • Interview clients as industry subject matter experts and record these sessions to actively guide our writing team in crafting highly valuable, authentic search copy. • Take complete ownership of onboarding new clients during their critical first 30 to 60 days to ensure a seamless, high-touch experience that builds long-term trust. • Speak confidently about SEO strategies with clients to explain why campaigns are structured the way they are and demonstrate the real financial ROI of our work. • Communicate closely with internal SEO strategists to clearly articulate the client's vision and turn it into a tactical marketing reality. • Support basic, fundamental SEO optimizations at the beginning of a client's campaign, including updating content on Google Business Profiles and recommending structural changes for their websites.

Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of professional digital marketing experience within an agency setting, specifically in an account management or client-facing role.
  • Possess strong foundational knowledge of SEO, including local search mechanics, search ranking signals, and content optimization strategy.
  • Communicate with excellent written and verbal English skills to naturally manage interactions with business stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate proficiency with standard search analytics and reporting platforms such as Semrush, Arefs, Google Analytics (GA4), or Google Search Console.
  • Balance high emotional resilience, empathy, and strong relationship management skills when navigating client feedback or difficult campaign performance conversations.
  • Maintain high curiosity, a strong drive for continuous professional learning, and a proactive approach to day-to-day tasks.
