This role leads complex financial analyses, owns critical planning processes, and provides actionable insights to operational and clinical stakeholders within a value-based healthcare environment. The FP&A Lead operates with minimal supervision, serves as a recognized subject matter expert in financial planning and analysis, and leads cross-functional initiatives that improve financial performance and decision-making. • Advise pricing and cost support functions from pre-RFP activities through proposal negotiations • Plan, execute, and ensure delivery of high-quality finance compliance • Support government (or prime) compliance efforts and monitoring • Act as Finance lead on all external government-related contract audits • Provide site business unit teams and regional teams with quote and cost tracking
