Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
  • Advanced/Fluent English (C2), with the ability to communicate in an international environment
  • Experience as a Technical Senior Manager or in a similar leadership role within software development
  • Strong technical background in systems development
  • Hands-on experience with Java and the Spring framework
  • Experience with complex international projects and nearshore delivery models
  • Practical knowledge and experience with AI platforms to accelerate development processes
  • Familiarity with Specification-Driven Development (SDD)
  • Background in agile methodologies and DevOps practices
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to operate in dynamic environments
