Role Description Como Analista de Procesos de Soluciones de Pago, serás responsable de mapear, documentar y optimizar los procesos operativos del área de Soluciones de Pago de Tenpo. Tu rol será clave para garantizar que los flujos de cobranza - desde la segmentación hasta el cierre de gestión - operen con eficiencia, trazabilidad y cumplimiento normativo. Tu trabajo impactará directamente en la capacidad del área de escalar sus operaciones con estándares de calidad, apoyando el crecimiento del negocio de crédito del neobanco regulado. Responsibilities - Levantamiento y documentación de procesos: Mapear los procesos end-to-end del área de Soluciones de Pago mediante diagramas de flujo, BPMN u otras metodologías, asegurando documentación precisa, actualizada y accesible para los equipos internos. - Identificación de brechas y oportunidades de mejora: Analizar los procesos vigentes para detectar ineficiencias, cuellos de botella, duplicidades o riesgos operacionales, proponiendo mejoras con criterio de impacto y viabilidad. - Implementación de mejoras y estandarización: Liderar la implementación de cambios de proceso aprobados, coordinando con los equipos operativos y tecnológicos para garantizar adopción efectiva y rollout sin incidencias. - Control de calidad y cumplimiento normativo: Verificar que los procesos documentados y ejecutados cumplan con los estándares regulatorios CMF y las políticas internas de control de riesgo operacional de Tenpo. - Gestión de la documentación institucional del área: Mantener actualizado el repositorio de procedimientos, manuales operativos y matrices de control del área, asegurando versionamiento y trazabilidad de cambios. - Soporte a proyectos de transformación digital: Participar activamente en iniciativas de automatización y digitalización de procesos del área, levantando requerimientos de negocio y coordinando con TI y Producto. - Capacitación y transferencia de conocimiento: Diseñar materiales de onboarding y capacitación sobre procesos del área para nuevos integrantes del equipo y stakeholders relacionados. Qualifications - Profesional titulado de Ingeniería Comercial, Ingeniería Civil Industrial, Informática, Administración de Empresas o carreras afines. - Español: nativo. - Inglés: nivel básico para lectura de metodologías de gestión de procesos. - Certificación Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt o Yellow Belt) - Deseable. - Diplomado en Gestión de Procesos o Calidad Operacional - Deseable. - Formación en gestión de proyectos (PMI, SCRUM o equivalente) - Deseable. Experience - Visión de negocio: Comprende que la madurez de procesos es un activo estratégico en un neobanco de alta escala transaccional como Tenpo, donde la eficiencia operativa y el cumplimiento regulatorio son condiciones no negociables para el crecimiento sostenible. - Hitos y vivencias previas requeridas: Haber liderado proyectos de rediseño o automatización de procesos en entornos financieros; experiencia en gestión de riesgo operacional o control interno de procesos; haber interactuado con equipos de TI o Datos para implementar soluciones tecnológicas sobre procesos de negocio. - Años mínimos: Entre 1 y 3 años en roles de procesos, mejora continua, operaciones o calidad en industria financiera o afín.
