• System Administration: Perform day-to-day administrative tasks in IndySoft — managing user accounts, roles and permissions, and other routine configuration changes. Assist with system updates and upgrades and help keep configurations consistent across sites. • Configuration & Setup: Configure templates, lists, events, and workflows within IndySoft. Set up and maintain equipment profiles, procedures, and reporting layouts (PrintBuilder / LayoutBuilder). • Data Migration & Site Integration: Assist with extracting, transforming, and loading data when integrating new locations onto our standard IndySoft configuration, helping ensure a smooth and accurate transition. • Data Quality & Hygiene: Run queries and reports to identify and clean up duplicate, missing, or inconsistent data. Support data validation, mapping, and cleanup efforts during system changes and the onboarding of newly acquired labs. • Integrations & Data Flow: Help implement, monitor, and maintain integrations between IndySoft and our other business applications (such as NetSuite and Salesforce) using APIs and integration tools. Troubleshoot failed syncs, investigate data mismatches, and help keep records aligned across systems. • User Support & Documentation: Provide front-line support to users for IndySoft questions and issues, escalating complex problems as needed. Preferred Qualifications - Experience in Investment Banking, Equity Research, Financial Modeling, Valuation, Corporate Finance, M&A, or Capital Markets. - CFA Charterholder or CFA Candidate actively pursuing the CFA designation. - Experience in financial modeling, valuation, investment research, auditing, risk analysis, or corporate finance. - Familiarity with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), or AI-powered tools. - Previous experience in quality assurance, content evaluation, annotation, auditing, or benchmarking projects. - Experience developing assessment frameworks, scoring rubrics, or evaluation criteria. - Professional certifications such as CFA, ACCA, CPA, CMA, FRM, CFP, or CA.
