The team is looking for an Lead Analytics Consultant with a deep expertise in Adobe Analytics and CJA and a broad knowledge of the entire digital marketing analytics space. You’ll own the end-to-end analytics process—from understanding business questions, customizing implementations, designing scalable dashboards, to delivering executive-ready insights and recommendations. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker and people leader who thrives in dynamic, fast-paced, cross-functional environments. This is a high-impact, client-facing leadership role that requires equal parts technical mastery, business acumen, and strategic vision Information Security Responsibilities - Promote and enforce awareness of key information security practices, including acceptable use of information assets, malware protection, and password security protocols - Identify, assess, and report security risks, focusing on how these risks impact the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assets - Understand and evaluate how data is stored, processed, or transmitted, ensuring compliance with data privacy and protection standards (GDPR, CCPA, etc.) - Ensure data protection measures are integrated throughout the information lifecycle to safeguard sensitive information Role and Responsibilities - Lead, grow, and develop analytics project teams and guide the vision for Adobe Analytics and CJA clients at Bounteous - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business questions and requirements, then develop comprehensive measurement strategy and implementation plans - Collaborate within multi-disciplinary teams to drive a unified vision for our clients - Identify gaps throughout the customer experience and recommend best-in-class solutions. Apply strong business understanding to bridge the gap between analytics and business goals, providing insights that lead to tangible improvements in user experience and ROI - Seek opportunities to clarify what our clients need (not just what they ask for) and look for opportunities to expand client relationships and projects - Ensure client expectations are met and results are delivered on time - Articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner, both in speech and writing; understand the audience and tailor messages accordingly. Deliver clear and compelling presentations with a focus on strategic narratives - Exemplify good consulting skills, diplomacy, and effective messaging, and mentor team members in the same vein; share expertise freely - Adapt to a fast-paced work environment and have the ability to overcome technical and business challenges - Demonstrate high intellectual bandwidth, as well an ability to prioritize and work on the right things at the right time - Steer changes in process looking for ways to utilize work and find efficiencies Travel as needed to visit prospects and clients and build rapport with global team members Preferred Qualifications - College degree (required) plus at least 8+ years of relevant work experience in marketing, consulting, and/or media - 3+ years managing teams, including leading projects, mentoring team members and building processes - Deep expertise in Adobe Analytics and CJA with experience building brand new installations, having implemented, configured, and customized the tool. Certification preferred - Built out measurement plans, analytics documentation, custom dashboards and lead client success reviews to drive insight of site performance and the overall customer journey - Experience with analytics integrations and knowledge of Adobe products such as Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Adobe Real-Time Customer Data Platform (RT-CDP), Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) preferred., We invite you to stay connected with us by subscribing to our monthly job openings alert here.
