• Ensure the client’s needs are met with clear and comprehensive technical designs • Design and implement complex technical solutions on the Salesforce platform • Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure solutions are aligned with business goals and objectives • Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders • Maintain in-depth knowledge of the Salesforce platform and stay up to date with new features and capabilities • Design integrations between Salesforce and other systems and data sources • Engage in hands-on system configuration to ensure optimal setup • Serve as the ultimate technical authority and escalation point for in-flight projects • Provide technical leadership and mentoring to other members of the team • Ensure technical designs are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with industry best practices • Support development and refinement of RevOps product offerings • Develop teams both on and offshore to deliver technical solutions in enterprise software delivery lifecycle motions • Strong experience using APEX on previous projects; Abilities to review / share feedback on Salesforce coding best practices supporting application scalability • Contribute to the development of and adherence to DevOps standards and processes • Engage with enterprise sales teams to support proposal generation, expert guidance, and RFP processes. • Collaborate with technical resources to address complex requirements and ensure the successful delivery of Salesforce-based solutions. • Create technical documentation to capture business requirements and technology solutions.
