• Be a self-sufficient, dynamic account partner for clients • Provide regular strategic counsel to help pharmaceutical marketers navigate the rapidly changing healthcare landscape • Drive brand growth • Establish and maintain senior client level contact • Lead to positive and effective client/agency relationships

Job Requirements

  • 10+ years of pharma agency account management experience, with at least 5 years of pharmaceutical advertising experience **REQUIRED**
  • BA/BS degree required
  • Must possess a deep and thorough understanding of the pharma/healthcare advertising industry, including new product launches
  • DAOR experience strongly preferred
  • Experience leading digital marketing initiatives
  • Strong digital omni-channel background
  • Demonstrated effectiveness in managing multiple clients across an organization and agency partners
  • Marketing acumen and demonstrated experience in leading an integrated agency team in brand planning, budget development, execution and measurement
  • Demonstrated success at developing valued relationships with senior-level clients, and building relationships across all client levels
  • Demonstrated success as strategic partner to clients
  • Demonstrated presentation, verbal, written and communication skills
  • Must demonstrate hands-on proficiency in developing and delivering presentations in PowerPoint
