Viel wichtiger ist, dass du sympathisch rüberkommst, gerne mit Menschen sprichst und Lust auf Social Media, Beauty und Live-Content hast. Für unsere TikTok-Kanäle suchen wir Unterstützung aus ganz Deutschland, um unsere Communitys live zu begeistern, unsere Produkte authentisch zu präsentieren und gemeinsam weiter zu wachsen. Aufgaben - Du gehst für AYLASHES und Glossy Nails auf TikTok live. - Du präsentierst unsere Beauty-Produkte live auf unseren TikTok-Kanälen. - Du erklärst die Anwendung unserer DIY-Wimpern und Nail Veneers verständlich und authentisch. - Du beantwortest Fragen aus dem Chat und gehst aktiv auf die Zuschauer ein. - Du hilfst dabei, unsere Livestreams sympathisch, lebendig und unterhaltsam zu gestalten. - Du setzt Aktionen, Angebote und vorbereitete Inhalte im Stream um. - Du arbeitest eng mit unserem Team zusammen und erhältst klare Briefings für deine Streams. - Du unterstützt dabei, die TikTok-Auftritte beider Brands weiter auszubauen. • Oversee day-to-day editorial operations for an assigned content segment. • Maintain high standards for accuracy, authority, and clarity across published content. • Manage the editorial pipeline from pitch review and topic prioritization through assignment and publication. • Lead and support a team of freelance writers, providing consistent editorial feedback and guidance. • Review writer performance and output to ensure alignment with brand voice and best practices. • Identify strong contributors, development opportunities, and writers ready for additional responsibility. • Assist with onboarding and training new contributors as needed. • Review and approve pitches, assign topics, manage deadlines, and perform copy edits to keep production on track. • Contribute original written content within core coverage areas when needed. • Work with editorial leadership to maintain a balanced editorial calendar aligned with audience interests and business goals. • Stay current with technology and digital lifestyle trends to inform coverage and ideation. • Monitor content performance and apply insights to improve editorial strategy. • Provide clear guidance and feedback through regular check-ins and async communication. • Partner with editorial leadership to support broader initiatives and growth objectives.

• Create and optimize blog posts; • Develop long-form/lead magnet materials (pillar pages, e-books, infographics); • Create meta tags and alternative text (alt text); • Write scripts for web stories; • Draft press releases; • Produce copy for ads and conversion pages; • Build marketing emails, event communications, nurture flows and newsletters; • Participate in content planning together with the team; • Conduct research, benchmarking and interviews that contribute to content development.

• Report Transcription and Editing: Using knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy and physiology, and experience with keyboarding, produce high-quality medical reports and records within turnaround time expectations. • Discrepancy Processing: Recognize, identify, and correct discrepancies and errors in dictations and ordered examinations. • Workflow Management: Monitor transcription applications and manage multiple worklists; troubleshoot system problems and correct or escalate to appropriate staff. • Staying Current: Stay abreast of new medical terminology, procedures, medications and other medical language, using on-line and hard-copy resources. • Competencies Accuracy: Transcribes or edits medical records, reports, and documents and ensures they are accurate, consistent, and meet with coding and billing standards. • Analytical Thinking: Discriminates between important and unimportant details, recognizes inconsistencies between facts and/or data, and is able to determine what to do with them. • Attention to Detail: Concerned with the implications of the smaller details of medical reports. • Knowledge of Grammar and Medical Terminology: Has good grasp of English grammar, spelling, and medical terminology related to radiology.
