• Lead end-to-end POS sourcing across EMEA (RFQs, e-auctions, benchmarking, supplier negotiations). • Build and manage strategic supplier relationships; ensure performance on quality, cost, and OTIF delivery. • Deliver cost savings and support GP/profitability targets through strong commercial decision-making. • Manage high-value/strategic projects from sourcing through delivery, ensuring reliable execution. • Partner cross-functionally with Category, Client, Logistics/Operations, and QC/QA to maintain compliance, quality standards, and stakeholder alignment. • Provide clear reporting, insights, and updates to support decision-making and client service.
