• Manage software development projects from discovery through delivery • Define project goals, scope, timelines, and priorities • Maintain project plans, roadmaps, budgets, and delivery schedules • Monitor project progress and proactively identify risks and blockers • Ensure transparency through regular client communication and reporting • Coordinate activities between clients, developers, designers, and other stakeholders • Facilitate decision-making and keep projects moving forward • Help clients refine ideas and align development efforts with business goals • Support backlog prioritization and scope management • Ensure delivered features contribute meaningful value to the product • Drive iterative delivery and regular releases • Identify opportunities to improve outcomes while maintaining a Lean approach to scope and budget • Apply Agile principles pragmatically based on the needs of the client, project, and team • Facilitate relevant Agile ceremonies when they add value • Promote continuous improvement and help remove delivery bottlenecks • Participate in discovery and presales discussions together with senior developers • Help gather requirements and understand business challenges • Contribute to project estimations, scope definition, and solution planning • Identify risks, dependencies, and delivery considerations before project kickoff
