• Make high-quality, data-driven and experience-driven decisions on how we build this and the next generation of our production platform, then deliver the results. • Own and build how we test, build and deploy code in a high-scale PaaS environment. • Collaborate across the whole company on how we design production systems, set standards and make technology choices for new and existing products, and how these fit together. • Deliver results - we routinely “change the wheels on the bus while it’s moving”, in a predictable, safe and reliable way. • Be at the forefront of how we work together as a Platform Engineering team. • Work on a small but growing team on building out the Platform/Reliability practice for the company – this role reports directly to the VP of Reliability. • Be directly involved in decision-making on what we work on, as well as how we work on it. Studio spécialisé en product design, nous concevons des produits digitaux centrés sur l'usage et recherchons aujourd'hui un·e Développeur·se Fullstack pour concrétiser ces produits et piloter nos projets SaaS. Poste en CDI, 100% télétravail. Prise de poste prévue en juin 2026. Vous interviendrez en tant que lead technique sur vos projets. Au-delà de l'exécution de spécifications, vous concevez les solutions, challengez la vision produit et défendez vos choix techniques. L'intelligence artificielle (Claude Code, Codex) est pleinement intégrée à nos méthodes de travail et constitue un standard, non une option. Vos missions - Piloter plusieurs projets clients (produits et SaaS) en parallèle, en autonomie. - Développer en fullstack sur notre stack : React / Next.js, Supabase, Webflow, PHP Symfony. - Intégrer des agents IA et des automatisations au cœur des produits. - Assumer le rôle de lead technique : définir les choix d'architecture, les arbitrer et les expliciter. - Challenger la vision produit et argumenter vos décisions auprès des clients et de l'équipe. - Livrer un code propre, scalable et maintenable. - Communiquer de manière proactive avec l'équipe et les clients (avancement, blocages, alertes). Qualifications - Maîtrise avérée de React / Next.js, socle non négociable du poste. - Expérience solide sur des produits et SaaS, au-delà du site vitrine. - Expérience confirmée en tant que lead technique : vous avez porté et défendu des décisions d'architecture. - Intégration des outils IA (Claude Code, Codex) dans votre pratique de développement quotidienne. - Production d'un code propre, scalable et maintenable. - Nous évaluons avant tout le niveau réel, non le nombre d'années d'expérience. Un profil solide et autonome retiendra notre attention, qu'il compte 4 ou 10 ans d'expérience. Role Description - Atuar como responsável pela sustentação das aplicações do cliente com atendimento N2 e N3; - Executar manutenção corretiva (debugging e correção de código); - Desenvolver adaptações e pequenas otimizações/melhorias; - Analisar performance a nível de código; - Depurar e resolver problemas complexos; - Realizar análise de causa raiz (RCA) para evitar reincidência; - Realizar treinamento e repasse de conhecimento; - Criar e atualizar documentação técnica; - Atuar como base de conhecimento para todos os níveis do time (N2 e N3).
