• Design end to end product experiences from initial concept and user flows through high fidelity visuals and production ready prototypes • Partner cross functionally with product managers, engineers, and researchers to define problems and explore broad solution spaces • Balance strategic product thinking with detailed execution across multiple verticals • Conduct and synthesize user research and leverage product analytics to inform decisions • Rapidly prototype and test ideas using low and high fidelity approaches to validate solutions • Contribute to quarterly strategy, roadmap planning, and experimentation that drives engagement and retention • Evolve and maintain the design system to ensure consistency, scalability, and accessibility
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of product design experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating high craft and data informed outcomes
- Demonstrated experience owning end to end product design from discovery through delivery
- Strong cross functional collaboration experience with product, engineering, and research partners
- Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and move projects forward in fast paced environments
- Clear communication and storytelling skills with experience presenting to cross functional stakeholders
- Expertise in Figma and modern product design tooling, including system maintenance
- Strong systems level design thinking and contributing to a design system
