• Rework and enhance existing course materials into structured, applied learning content • Translate subject matter expert insights into accessible and engaging learner journeys • Design practical assignments, simulations, and real-world project tasks • Sequence learning pathways to create coherent weekly learning experiences • Integrate relevant tools, platforms, and workflows that enhance applied learning • Collaborate with subject leads and SMEs to refine content through iterative review • Ensure all content aligns with defined pedagogical standards and templates • Maintain high quality, clarity, and learner-centred design across all deliverables

Job Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in learning experience design within professional training or bootcamp-style environments
  • Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and applied upskilling methods
  • Proficiency in designing simulations, practical tasks, and scenario-based assessments
  • Experience translating technical or domain expertise into structured learning content
  • Ability to balance autonomy with effective collaboration and feedback integration
  • Confidence working across multiple course streams or iterative content cycles
  • Familiarity with digital learning tools, platforms, and templated content formats
