Junior Partnerships Manager

We’re looking for a Junior Partnerships Manager to join our Business team to drive new business for the Italian territory, from lead generation and prospecting, to deal qualification, pitching and negotiation. Reporting to our Senior Partnerships Manager, you’ll grow our footprint by building strong relationships and closing new deals with venues, festivals and promoters across the Italian market. What You Will Do - Commercial tenacity: Build and manage a sales pipeline across Italy, preferably in Northern and North-East Italy, with strong CRM hygiene. - Full ownership of the early sales cycle: Drive lead generation, run discovery calls, qualify leads, and drive next steps with high autonomy. - Be ready to own the full sales cycle: Prepare and deliver light product pitches and demos. - Consistent market presence: Develop relationships through online channels and in-person presence where it matters. - Exceptional communication: Communicate clearly with prospects, handle objections, and close. - Operational discipline: Keep execution clean through structured follow-ups, accurate notes, and reliable forecasting inputs. Qualifications - Strong industry access in nightlife/events/music, ideally in North Italy. - Commercial mindset, resilience, and ability to quickly grow as a business developer. - Tech-savvy: comfortable using tools like CRMs and able to sell SaaS/tech products (prior SaaS experience is a plus, not a requirement). - High reliability and attention to detail in execution. - Fast learner, adaptive, and resilient. - Strong communication in Italian and English. - Comfort with tools, structure, and accountability. Role Description The Account Manager at San churro is the primary relationship owner for assigned client accounts. This role is responsible for customer retention, account management, ongoing service support, and expansion of existing services. There is no responsibility for new client acquisition. The Account Manager collaborates closely with internal teams such as finance operations, service specialists, and support staff to ensure clients receive accurate, timely, and effective financial and account management support. What You'll Do - Customer Relationship Ownership - Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients and account stakeholders. - Build strong, trusted relationships to ensure long-term client satisfaction and retention. - Conduct regular business reviews and communication touchpoints. - Account Management & Retention - Manage renewals, service continuity, and account updates. - Identify at-risk accounts early and coordinate internal support to resolve issues. - Ensure clients receive clear value and service transparency. - Account Planning & Growth Support - Develop structured account plans including client needs, service usage, and growth opportunities. - Identify opportunities to expand services within existing accounts. - Track account health indicators and recommend improvements. - Financial & Operational Support (Accounts Payable Focus where applicable) - Support accounts payable processes, invoice tracking, and payment coordination when required. - Ensure accuracy of financial records and timely processing of account-related transactions. - Assist in resolving billing or payment issues in coordination with finance teams. - Customer Support & Issue Resolution - Monitor account performance and respond to client inquiries. - Work with internal teams to resolve service or billing issues. - Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and responsiveness. - Cross-Functional Collaboration - Collaborate with finance, operations, and support teams to ensure smooth service delivery. - Share client feedback and insights to improve internal processes. - Travel - Minimal to moderate travel depending on client needs.
