• Act as 1st line support by qualifying customer calls • Find a technical resolution to the application problem (including writing scripts & queries) • Escalate to 2nd/3rd line when needed • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service through regular & timely communication • Prioritize calls and tasks • Provide product training • Provide quality documentation & reporting and share subject matter knowledge.

Job Requirements

  • Technical background with experience providing Application/Software Support ideally to the healthcare industry, or with a willingness to embrace clinical solutions.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, medical informatics or another equivalent
  • Windows Server and client management/troubleshooting
  • SQL Server management/troubleshooting including the ability to perform queries
  • Basic knowledge on networking
  • Basic knowledge on Virtualization
  • Ideally, HL7 and an understanding of Clinical/Hospital Patient Workflow
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Reliability, commitment, and a confident demeanor; strong cross-departmental teamwork abilities
  • Willingness to work weekends and provide extended emergency service with 24/7 on-call availability when needed.
  • Full driving license
  • Support in Spanish and English.

Role Description pro-beam USA is seeking a Senior Field Service Engineer to support highly customized electron beam welding and additive manufacturing systems throughout North America. This position is ideal for engineers who enjoy working on complex industrial equipment, solving challenging technical problems, and serving as a trusted technical resource for customers and internal teams. - The role combines hands-on startup support, advanced troubleshooting, customer training, technical escalation support, and collaboration with engineering teams in both the U.S. and Germany. - While direct experience with electron beam technology is not required, candidates should have experience supporting sophisticated industrial equipment and a strong desire to learn highly specialized manufacturing technologies.
