• Design and execute monthly influencer acquisition campaigns targeting specific verticals (health & fitness, gaming, lifestyle, finance, and more) • Build professional influencer sourcing processes beyond the Sweatcoin app, leveraging external platforms, direct outreach, and your own creative approaches • Explore and test new acquisition channels: AI-driven solutions, third-party affiliate programs, virtual influencers • Develop compelling lead magnets and communication strategies to attract high-quality influencers at scale • Analyze market opportunities and build data-driven business cases for new initiatives • Coordinate and focus the junior entrepreneur team across markets, standardizing processes and best practices • Establish clear workflows, tracking systems, and performance metrics • Drive continuous improvement and knowledge sharing across geographies

Job Requirements

  • Proven track record of 2X+ growth in an influencer, affiliate, or partnership program with the numbers and methodology to prove it
  • A builder mindset : you've created something original, not just operated existing platforms
  • Background in consumer mobile apps or web products (startup environment strongly preferred)
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Strategic marketing thinking: you approach an influencer program the way a product marketer approaches a launch
  • Data-driven and creative in equal measure
