• Building relationships with new and existing commercial partners • Identifying new growth opportunities across regions, verticals, and campaign types • Driving new business revenue and/or growing existing client accounts • Creating proposals, pitch materials, campaign recommendations, and commercial strategies • Managing campaigns from initial commercial discussions through to handover or ongoing growth • Working cross-functionally with client services, operations, product, and marketing teams • Helping improve the way we sell, manage, and scale partnerships globally • Contributing ideas, structure, and commercial thinking that raise the level of the wider team

• Design and execute monthly influencer acquisition campaigns targeting specific verticals (health & fitness, gaming, lifestyle, finance, and more) • Build professional influencer sourcing processes beyond the Sweatcoin app, leveraging external platforms, direct outreach, and your own creative approaches • Explore and test new acquisition channels: AI-driven solutions, third-party affiliate programs, virtual influencers • Develop compelling lead magnets and communication strategies to attract high-quality influencers at scale • Analyze market opportunities and build data-driven business cases for new initiatives • Coordinate and focus the junior entrepreneur team across markets, standardizing processes and best practices • Establish clear workflows, tracking systems, and performance metrics • Drive continuous improvement and knowledge sharing across geographies

• Lead high-impact product initiatives • Design and deliver features that turn casual users into loyal fans - from habit-forming gamification loops to delightful monetization experiences. • Own and evolve Sweatcoin’s growth and monetization strategy across subscriptions, ads, and partnerships. • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, data, marketing, partnerships to ship world-class consumer experiences. • Use behavioral psychology and experimentation to optimize user journeys and drive measurable business impact. • Champion a culture of experimentation, autonomy, and accountability within the Product org.
