Role Description This position is located in the Department of Veterans Affairs, San Juan Regional Office (RO), Military Sexual Trauma (MST) Operations Center, which is a remote Veterans Service Center. Responsibilities include: - Analyze claims to determine if diseases and injuries were incurred in or aggravated by military service. - Determine a need for examinations or re-examinations for observations of Veterans and their dependents. - Determine the permanent incapacity and/or competency of Veterans and their dependents. - Apply VA's Schedule for Rating Disabilities and prepare rating decisions. - Communicate and interact with Veterans and their representatives/advocates as dictated by the claims case. Promotion Potential: - The selectee may be promoted to the full performance level without further competition when all regulatory, qualification, and performance requirements are met. - The grade progression for this position is GS-09/10/11/12. The Senior Business Development Manager serves as D&G Solutions’ primary growth lead for the U.S. Coast Guard (USCG), Department of Homeland Security (DHS), and related federal organizations. Reporting to the Vice President of Growth, this position is responsible for developing and executing account strategies, identifying and qualifying opportunities, building and maintaining customer relationships, leading capture efforts, and supporting the company’s long-term growth objectives within the Coast Guard and DHS markets. Working closely with executive leadership, operational leaders, project managers, capture personnel, proposal staff, and industry partners, the Senior Business Development Manager helps expand D&G’s market presence and increase contract awards. This role proactively shapes opportunities before solicitation release, develops strategic customer relationships, identifies emerging requirements, and leads pursuits from opportunity identification through contract award.
