• Partner with business leaders to develop and execute strategic people plans aligned with company objectives. • Drive organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and talent development initiatives. • Coach leaders on performance management, leadership effectiveness, employee relations, and team effectiveness. • Build and nurture a high-performance culture through robust feedback, development, and performance practices. • Lead engagement and retention initiatives that improve employee experience and strengthen company culture. • Use people analytics and HR data to identify trends, solve business challenges, and shape people strategy. • Champion organizational development initiatives, including capability building, leadership development, change management, and growth frameworks. • Leverage AI and innovative HR practices to improve productivity, decision-making, and employee outcomes. • Act as a strategic thought partner during periods of transformation, growth, and organizational change.

Job Requirements

  • 5–8+ years of HR Generalist, HR Business Partner, or People Partner experience.
  • Experience supporting fast-paced SaaS, technology, startup, or scale-up environments.
  • Strong expertise in organizational development, talent management, succession planning, and leadership coaching.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and translate business strategy into people initiatives.
  • Experience using HR metrics, workforce analytics, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Proven track record of leveraging AI and technology to improve HR processes and outcomes.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
  • Nice-to-Haves: Experience working in remote-first, distributed international organizations. Exposure to European employment environments and multi-country workforce management. HR-related tertiary qualification or equivalent professional experience. Based in Germany, Spain, Italy, or another European location where Jimdo operates.
