Marketing Manager
Reality Based Group
• Develop and support email marketing campaigns, including targeted outbound and nurture programs • Support agency in content creation for all social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) • Support paid search and paid social initiatives • Support industry publications and PR releases, including coordination and asset preparation • Coordinate conference logistics, including shipping materials and swag to event locations • Ensure booth, collateral, and assets are prepared and shipped on time pre-event; support post-event follow-up including shipping, content and communication • Order and manage swag and promotional materials to support conferences, meetings and events • Assist with content creation tied to events (emails, landing pages, social posts) • Create and support content for internal employee communications and external client communications, including templates for presentations, decks, and marketing assets • Support creation of campaign assets (emails, one-pagers, social copy, landing page copy). • Support end-of-year employee and client gifting initiatives; ideation and coordination • Build and update landing pages in HubSpot • Track and report on campaign performance and execution status - comfortable creating tracking tools if needed.
Job Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in a marketing, communications, or coordinator role
- Strong communicator with excellent written and verbal skills
- Experience supporting email marketing, social media, events, and/or campaigns
- Comfortable pivoting as priorities change; proactive and execution focused
- Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple projects
- Detail-oriented, proactive and reliable with strong follow-through
- Collaborative mindset with a bias toward action
- Comfortable working in HubSpot (preferred), CANVA, Adobe (preferred) and common marketing tools; comfortable learning new systems
- Salesforce experience is a plus.
