• Diseñar, planificar y optimizar las estrategias de mantenimiento de buques militares (ej. F-110, S-80) durante su ciclo de vida, asegurando la disponibilidad operativa (>90%) y minimizando costes de sostenimiento. • Elaboración de Análisis Técnicos de Mantenimiento (ATM) : Realizar ATM con metodología RCM para sistemas críticos (ej. propulsión, generación eléctrica, combate). • Definir estrategias de mantenimiento (correctivo, preventivo, predictivo) según MIL-STD-3034A. • Identificar modos de fallo, efectos y tareas de mitigación (FMECA). • Desarrollo de documentación de mantenimiento : PMS : Crear Páginas Índice de Mantenimiento (MIP) y Tarjetas de Mantenimiento (MRC) en formato SGML. • IMS/TRS : Redactar normas de mantenimiento intermedio y reparación para segundo/tercer escalón. • ICMP : Integrar tareas de mantenimiento en el Plan Integrado de Mantenimiento de la Clase. • TML (Task Material List) : Listar materiales y consumibles para inmovilizaciones. • Planificación de inmovilizaciones : Secuenciar tareas para PIP, PIV, y PIM. • Analizar cargas de trabajo por centros (ej. talleres, buques). • Elaborar planes de apoyo de clase (PAC) según Instrucción AJAL. • Gestión de pools de reparables : Definir equipos para mantenimiento por sustitución (ej. motores, válvulas). • Coordinar con Aprovisionamiento para garantizar disponibilidad de repuestos. • Análisis de fiabilidad y mantenibilidad (ARM) : Usar herramientas de simulación para validar objetivos de disponibilidad (Ai > 90%) y actualizar asignaciones de fiabilidad/mantenibilidad en sistemas. • Seguimiento y reporting : Generar informes de avance de mantenimientos, registrar datos en EOLO-IACV y Windchill y participar en reuniones de coordinación logística con cliente.

Job Requirements

  • Titulación de Ingeniería , preferiblemente Naval o Marítima.
  • >3+ años en análisis y planificación de mantenimiento en programas navales de defensa (ej. fragatas, submarinos).
  • Experiencia específica en : Elaboración de Análisis Técnicos de Mantenimiento (ATM) con metodología RCM.
  • Desarrollo de documentación de mantenimiento : PMS (Planned Maintenance System) : MIPs y MRCs.
  • IMS/TRS (Intermediate Maintenance Standards/Technical Repair Standards).
  • ICMP (Integrated Class Maintenance Plan).
  • Planificación de inmovilizaciones programadas (ej. PIP, PIV, PIM según REM F-110).
  • Gestión de pools de reparables y estrategias de mantenimiento por sustitución.
  • Análisis de fiabilidad y mantenibilidad (ARM) usando herramientas de simulación.
  • Experiencia con las siguientes herramientas : EOLO-IACV, Windchill, Software de simulación ARM, SAFRAN Project / Oracle Primavera, AutoCAD / Microstation.
  • Inglés B2 o superior.
