Job Requirements
- Mínimo 2 años liderando equipos de ventas o appointment setting.
- Experiencia en ventas outbound, generación de citas o prospección.
- Manejo de KPIs y gestión del desempeño.
- Experiencia en coaching y desarrollo de equipos.
- Fuertes habilidades de liderazgo, comunicación y resolución de problemas.
- Experiencia trabajando en entornos orientados a resultados.
- Deseable experiencia escalando o construyendo equipos comerciales.
