Job Requirements

  • Mínimo 2 años liderando equipos de ventas o appointment setting.
  • Experiencia en ventas outbound, generación de citas o prospección.
  • Manejo de KPIs y gestión del desempeño.
  • Experiencia en coaching y desarrollo de equipos.
  • Fuertes habilidades de liderazgo, comunicación y resolución de problemas.
