• Create an Exceptional Customer Experience • Deliver warm, confident, and personalized service at every stage of the visit • Guide customers through eyewear selection, final fitting, and product education • Ensure customers leave feeling confident in both their eyewear and their experience • Assist with patient flow and pre-exam screenings to support Optometrists • Help ensure smooth transitions between exam, finish, and pickup moments • Perform finishing work including final adjustments, inspections and quality checks • Ensure all eyewear meets Eyeglass World standards for fit, function, and presentation • Maintain organized, clean, and efficient finish and retail areas • Model Eyeglass World service standards, tone, and behaviors in every interaction • Uphold visual, experiential, and operational brand standards in the store
Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent (Required)
- 1+ year experience in optical, retail, sales, or customer service (Required)
- Strong multitasking, time management and organizational skills (Required)
- Clear communication and the ability to educate customers effectively (Required)
- Ability to prioritize customer satisfaction at every interaction (Required)
- Support store team in shared goals (Required)
