Product Owner
EXANTE
• Own the product vision, outcome-based roadmap, and backlog for EXANTE's trading platform — the Prime desktop (Electron) application and the Options product area — turning customer and business problems into prioritised work • Run continuous product discovery: validate ideas through prototyping and experiments with real users before building, partnering closely with engineering and design as an empowered product team • Champion the product operating model and the use of AI in product development (rapid prototyping, AI-driven test automation) across the team • Define and track product metrics (downloads/adoption, logins, engagement, performance, commissions/revenue) and use them to drive decisions and continuous improvement
Job Requirements
- 3+ years as a Product Owner / Product Manager for a trading, brokerage, or fintech platform (desktop or web trading application)
- Strong command of the modern product operating model: outcome-based roadmaps, continuous discovery, empowered teams
- Proven ability to define and act on product metrics (adoption, engagement, revenue) and to run discovery experiments and prototypes
- Hands-on experience driving feature delivery and platform stability in close partnership with engineering and design; Agile/Scrum and Jira
- Familiarity with leveraging AI in product development; fluent English (Russian a plus)
