Role Description - Design, develop, and execute test automation frameworks for web applications, APIs, and performance testing. - Perform functional testing, regression testing, integration testing, and release validation. - Develop automated test scripts using Java, Selenium WebDriver (v3/v4), TestNG, and Cucumber (BDD). - Conduct API testing and automation using Rest Assured and Postman. - Implement performance and load testing using tools such as Gatling/Karate. - Integrate automation suites into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions). - Work within Agile/Scrum teams, participating in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives. - Track and manage defects using Jira, ensuring end-to-end QA ownership. - Utilize GenAI tools (ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Gemini, Claude) to accelerate test development and code generation. - Collaborate with developers, DevOps, and product teams to improve software quality, reliability, and security. Software Engineer IV Location: Little Rock United States Job Description: About the role The Software Engineer IV provides strategic, technical, and architectural expertise to software development projects and team members. In this role, the individual is able to work independently with limited supervision in designing and developing new software products or major enhancements to existing software. The Software Engineer IV acts at the highest level of technical expertise addressing problems on systems integration, and compatibility, performs feasibility assessments, and often leads initiatives on development projects with other engineering staff. Additionally, this professional collaborates with Enterprise Architects and Project Management to translate design specifications to production platforms. Key Responsibilities This is a fully remote position. Core responsibilities include: - Designs, modifies, develops, and implements IT software architecture solutions. - Effectively plans and manages assignments spanning multiple complex projects. - Drives technical and procedural change relative to best practices in software development. - Champion and integrate AI-assisted development practices, including Agentic development, to enhance efficiency and product quality. - Builds teams as necessary to solve problems by taking ownership and mentoring developers in finding solutions. The salary range for this position is $100,000 - $135,000 / year.
