ESSENTIAL DUTIES: - Provides administrative support including: collaborating with assigned attorneys; scheduling meetings, court hearings, and agendas; editing and preparing a variety of letters, memoranda, and basic reports; researching basic information; and providing related support. - Performs basic office duties, such as copying, filing, faxing, typing standard documents, preparing, sorting, and distributing mail and entering data. - Answers phones, responds to inquiries, and makes appropriate referrals. - Maintains exhibits, documentation for hearings, and court files. - Follows established guidelines to sort, organize, and archive electronic and physical files. - Tracks status of cases and follows proper chronological steps for service of process, statutory requirements, and case filings. - Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
