Your primary focus will be leading the end-to-end review and redesign of our Operations Induction Programs to accelerate competency for our frontline teams. Additionally, you will create new leadership development programs, translating existing frameworks into practical and impactful learning experiences for our leaders. We're committed to flexibility and are open to both full-time and part-time arrangements for the right candidate.
