This is an opportunity to contribute to service quality at every stage of the customer journey, supporting travelers with care, accuracy, and professionalism while working in a multilingual, fast-paced environment. - Handle inbound reservation inquiries from German-speaking customers across phone, email, and chat. - Assist customers with booking changes, cancellations, and special accommodation requests. - Provide accurate information on rates, availability, policies, and relocation support details. - Maintain detailed customer records and update reservation systems with high accuracy. - Deliver professional multilingual service while meeting response time and quality targets.
