Your Impact… We are in search of a Sales Development Representative for our subsidiary company, Grow Team, based out of Utah. This person will be responsible for outbound calling and prospecting. The ideal person for this position should have experience in the sales field and is comfortable with an outbound role. Grow Team learns about your business needs and recommends vendors based on target solutions from e-commerce, paid media, SEO and more. Grow Team can manage everything from the process of researching and selecting a service provider from beginning to end; including determining outsourcing availability, handling negotiations, administering contracts, and evaluating performance and ROI through the duration of a partnership. What Is Included… - On the job training for the role including: systems training, role playing, and team training - Aggressive commission structure. - A fun environment where you can play hard, work hard, and enjoy your job! Compensation: $20/hr USD + commission and bonuses. Schedule: Monday - Friday from 7am - 4pm PST.. Regular and predictive attendance is required. The Work You’ll Do… - Phone and email outreach to start the conversation with prospective leads by walking clients through the early stages of the sale. - Moving leads through the pipeline and onto the next level of the sales process. - Calling prospective leads and qualifying which leads to pursue (150+ dials a day minimum). - Setting up sales qualified appointments and hitting quotas for appointment shows. - Understanding our company's services in order to communicate them effectively. - Building relationships with prospective clients. - Gathering relevant information about clients. - Providing prospective clients with further knowledge about the products and services we offer to build value and benefit to their business. - Using Google Suite, HubSpot, Slack and other programs to help set up appointments and stay organized.
Job Requirements
- What We’re Looking For…
- 3+ years of experience of over-the-phone as an SDR or in sales.
- Bachelor degree in sales, marketing, business management, or related field (preferred).
- Experience with door-to-door sales or cold calling.
- Excellent communication skills – verbal and written.
- Ability to take direction.
- Ability to meet quotas and overcome objections and roadblocks.
- Ability to manage repetitive tasks.
- Ability to manage your time.
- A passion for sales.
- Grit and a winning-focused attitude.
- Ability to be coached and to accept and act on feedback.
