Sales Development Associate
Netziah
• Identify potential clients through outbound channels such as LinkedIn, email, and strategic prospecting tools. • Engage prospects and introduce Netziah’s services with confidence and clarity. • Qualify leads based on need, intent, and business stage. • Book sales appointments and strategy sessions for the Senior Closing team. • Maintain accurate CRM records and manage timely follow-ups. • Meet weekly KPIs for outreach volume, qualified leads, and booked calls. • Represent Netziah with the highest level of professionalism in all client-facing interactions.
Job Requirements
- Previous experience in sales, customer support, appointment setting, or prospecting is preferred.
- Excellent written and spoken English; able to communicate smoothly with U.S. clients.
- Organized, consistent, and disciplined with follow-ups.
- Strong written communication and strong attention to detail.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Zoho CRM experience is a plus, not required).
- High-energy attitude, eagerness to learn, and willingness to grow in a fast-paced environment.
