Qualifications - 6+ years of experience in Technical Leadership /CTO/ R&D Management for B2B AI/cybersecurity or Digital Health data products – startup experience required. - 4+ years of experience in architectural/research leadership. - Proven track record with on-prem environments, including hands-on experience designing, deploying, and maintaining secure software within client-hosted or hybrid infrastructures. - Strong technical background in Cyber Security and Reverse Engineering, with the ability to analyze complex software systems, secure data pipelines, and mitigate vulnerabilities. - Deep experience with scalable software architectures and secure data processing at scale. - Demonstrated strength in risk management, architectural decision-making, and driving execution in fast-paced, ambiguous environments. - Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical and security concepts into actionable business strategies for non-technical stakeholders. - Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, remote‑first environment across time zones.
