• Lead CONMED’s global information technology organization and serve as a key enterprise leader responsible for building, enabling, and operationalizing technology capabilities that support the business today and prepare the company for future growth. • Serve as a trusted partner to the EVP and Executive Leadership Team, aligning IT priorities with enterprise business needs. • Position IT as a business enabler, proactively identifying opportunities to improve performance, decision-making, and outcomes through technology. • Own enterprise third-party technology relationships, overseeing vendor selection, negotiation, contracting, and governance for critical platforms and partners (e.g., Windchill, SFDC, SAP, KPMG), ensuring alignment to business needs, cost discipline, and service quality. • Define what “scale-ready” means for CONMED and guide the organization toward it over time. • Ensure the reliability, security, compliance, and performance of all IT systems, infrastructure, applications, and data. • Maintain strong cybersecurity and data privacy practices, clearly communicating risks, controls, and tradeoffs to executive leadership.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field required; advanced degree strongly preferred.
  • 15+ years of progressive IT and leadership experience, including executive-level responsibility in a complex organization.
  • 10+ years of experience leading IT in regulated environments (medical device, healthcare, life sciences, manufacturing, or similar) strongly preferred.
  • Extensive experience managing and negotiating enterprise level vendor relationships.
  • Demonstrated success building and maturing IT capabilities, not just scaling mature organizations.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise systems, cybersecurity, data, integration, and IT operations.
  • Proven ability to operate effectively amidst ambiguity and evolving organizational structures.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly and credibly to executive and non-technical audiences.

Role Description The Radiologic Technology Program at Lasell University is seeking an Adjunct Professor for the associate degree program offered through the office of workforce development.
