Client Delivery Manager
GR8 Tech
• Own technical onboarding and integration projects from kickoff to BAU handover. • Ship predictable outcomes by driving multiple parallel deliveries, managing risks, and keeping execution on track. • Unblock day-to-day delivery challenges and make fast decisions when priorities shift. • Act as the main delivery partner for clients during onboarding, building trust through clarity and execution. • Align closely with Sales, Account Managers, and engineering teams to ensure delivery commitments match client and business goals. • Coordinate cross-functional teams and dependencies across platforms, integrations, and APIs. • Build and improve scalable delivery processes together with the Lead of Global Delivery. • Optimize tools, workflows, and KPIs to increase delivery speed, quality, and transparency. • Standardize onboarding practices to enable consistent, high-quality delivery as the client portfolio grows. • Lead and grow a team of technical delivery experts, fostering ownership and accountability. • Scale the team’s impact and responsibilities as onboarding volume and complexity increase.
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of IT delivery management experience leading technical projects and teams in a client-facing environment.
- Strong B2B client delivery background with ownership of end-to-end execution.
- Solid iGaming industry knowledge and understanding of platform-based products.
- Hands-on experience with technical integrations, APIs, or complex onboarding flows.
- Proven ability to lead teams of 10+ people while running multiple projects in parallel.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Change Management, Release Management, and Agile/Scrum practices.
- Fluent English; proficiency in Ukrainian or Russian.
