Role Description Buscamos un Comercial de Soluciones Tecnológicas con experiencia en el sector público, especializado en el desarrollo de negocio y gestión de pliegos de la administración pública. Esta posición está orientada a fomentar el crecimiento comercial en proyectos tecnológicos, especialmente en IoT, en el ámbito público, mediante una relación directa con los principales actores y oportunidades del sector. - Desarrollar negocio y prospección activa de oportunidades en el ámbito de los pliegos de administración pública (principalmente a nivel local y regional), con el objetivo de identificar y generar nuevas oportunidades de negocio. - Redactar, presentar y gestionar pliegos para la Administración Pública, garantizando una adecuada alineación de los proyectos con las necesidades del cliente. - Formular planes de desarrollo comercial enfocados en la captación de pliegos y proyectos públicos, liderando la introducción, negociación, cooperación y firma de contratos. - Construir y mantener relaciones estratégicas con responsables públicos, líderes de proyectos y otros actores relevantes del sector público para facilitar la cooperación y asegurar el éxito de los proyectos tecnológicos. - Realizar investigaciones de mercado para identificar nuevas oportunidades de negocio y necesidades de clientes públicos. - Desarrollar relaciones a largo plazo con clientes públicos existentes y prospectar nuevos clientes en el sector público. - Asistir y participar en conferencias, ponencias, ferias y otros eventos relevantes del sector público para promover la empresa y sus soluciones tecnológicas. - Colaborar con partners estratégicos para la elaboración de propuestas y el seguimiento de proyectos en conjunto. - Preparar y presentar presupuestos ajustados a las necesidades de cada pliego y cliente público. - Asegurar un seguimiento proactivo de clientes públicos y colaborar estrechamente con ellos para maximizar las oportunidades de negocio en la zona geográfica o vertical asignada. - Buscar activamente nuevas colaboraciones comerciales con partners estratégicos que ayuden a expandir la presencia de la empresa en el sector público. Qualifications - Grado universitario. - Experiencia previa en la gestión de pliegos y procesos de licitación con la Administración Pública. - Perfil proactivo, organizado y orientado a resultados. - Habilidades para establecer y mantener relaciones sociales y profesionales que faciliten la identificación de oportunidades de negocio. - Persona comprometida con la empresa, sus valores y su responsabilidad en el desempeño de su trabajo. - Disponibilidad para viajar frecuentemente a nivel nacional y de manera puntual a nivel internacional. - Carnet de conducir. - Actitud comercial proactiva y muy orientado/a a resultados. - Habilidades sociales. Requirements - Se valorará positivamente conocimientos específicos y/o informáticos (deseables). - Venta de soluciones tecnológicas IoT. - Experiencia previa: Al menos 3 años en un puesto similar. - Idiomas: Español C1-C2, Inglés B2. - Vehículo propio.
