Job Description Role Summary BAE Systems is seeking a high-level Senior Program Manager to provide strategic leadership and full accountability for large-scale facility modernization and expansion projects within CMS. This is a high-autonomy role requiring a leader who can operate independently to translate internal investment strategies into executable construction programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for the entire project lifecycle from initial requirement definition and estimation to final delivery utilizing Earned Value Management (EVM) to ensure rigorous performance tracking. Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $122400 - $208080 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures.
