• Own relationships with key clients and stakeholders, including Japan-based clients, acting as a trusted strategic advisor • Lead QBRs, performance reviews, and long-term growth planning • Own and oversee Sponsored Ads campaigns (SP, SB, SD), including campaign creation, optimization, and scaling • Manage keyword strategy, bidding, and retail signal alignment • Own and track KPIs such as Sales, ROAS, ACOS, and TACOS • Identify optimization opportunities and guide execution teams on priorities • Ensure consistent performance improvements and high-quality delivery across accounts • Demonstrate deep expertise in Sponsored Ads, including campaign structure, optimization, and scaling • Apply high-level DSP knowledge to support upper-funnel strategy, audience targeting, and segmentation • Own performance and strategy across a portfolio or category of clients • Prepare and present performance reports and strategic recommendations to clients • Collaborate with media, retail, creative, and analytics teams to ensure integrated execution
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (Advertising, Marketing, or related field preferred)
- 3–6+ years of experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, or marketplace advertising
- Strong hands-on experience with Amazon Sponsored Ads (required)
- Exposure to or understanding of Amazon DSP (preferred)
- Experience managing PPC campaigns (Google, Meta, or similar platforms is a plus)
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- High level of ownership, organization, and accountability
- Language skills: Japanese: C1 (required for direct client communication)
