• Proactively connect with clients via phone, email, and chat to provide timely support and guidance • Serve as a single point of contact, coordinating Equitable’s full range of resources to address client needs efficiently and effectively • Act as a trusted resource to answer questions about existing products, reinforce client confidence, and validate investment decisions • Identify new opportunities in partnership with clients as their financial goals, priorities, and life circumstances evolve • Assist clients with initiating and completing transactions, ensuring a smooth, accurate, and positive experience
Job Requirements
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant industry experience that demonstrates a strong foundation in client engagement, sales, and financial services
- Active FINRA licenses, including Series 7, Series 63, and Series 65 registrations OR ability to obtain within 180 days of employment
- Life Insurance license OR ability to obtain within 30 days of employment
- 2+ years of proven sales experience, with a track record of building relationships, driving results, and delivering value in a client-focused environment

Provide support and accompaniment to partner finance staff as needed, including orientation and guidance on donor financial management policies and procedures. • Lead efforts to close audit financial management findings in a timely and sustainable way.
