• Discovery and requirements refinement sessions to uncover customers’ business, functional, and technological requirements • Synthesize requirements to create clear and comprehensive user stories and solution design documentation • Perform fit-gap analysis between Salesforce functionality and client requirements • Design elegant, innovative Salesforce solutions involving the configuration of Salesforce and Managed Packages, creation and refinement of complex data models, external integration, business process automation, and other custom functionality • Draft custom development specifications and manage the delivery and testing of the functionality by Development resources • Iterate on solutions through a Build/Test/Review cycle with customer Product Owner • Develop training curriculum and deliver training sessions to the solution’s end users • Work with Delivery Director to manage a project to scope, budget, and timeline expectations
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of Salesforce administration or consulting experience
- Salesforce Administrator certification required (Business Analyst certification preferred)
- Experience defining business processes, writing user stories, and gathering Salesforce requirements across multiple stakeholders and workstreams
- Proven ability to support Salesforce deployments including data migrations, third-party integrations, and configuration across B2B, B2C, and hybrid models
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, reporting, and presenting insights clearly and accurately
- Skilled in Google Workspace, Salesforce products, and identifying/automating manual processes to improve efficiency
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate, influence, and mentor junior team members
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, stay organized, manage priorities, and execute administrative and operational tasks with high attention to detail
- Adaptable, continuous learner with experience contributing to successful projects involving multiple stakeholders, dependencies, and evolving needs

Salesforce Business Analyst Position Description The Salesforce Business Analyst evaluates and enhances business processes by analyzing current operations, identifying inefficiencies, and recommending improvements based on industry best practices. This role assesses both existing and new systems, ensuring they align with business objectives and operational needs while optimizing performance and efficiency. Responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders to gather and define system requirements, developing process documentation, identifying automation opportunities, and implementing solutions that drive productivity. Key Responsibilities Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement through technology. Gather, document, and validate business and technical requirements. • Conduct comprehensive business and technical analysis across all Innovation Lab products, including fusionCore and all accelerators • Translate approved product direction into clear functional and technical requirements by analyzing customer workflows, business rules, and system behavior • Support product build efforts by clarifying requirements, answering questions during development and testing, and validating completed work • Serve as a primary owner for Product Support inquiries, performing root-cause analysis across configurations, data, and system behavior to diagnose and resolve product issues • Identify recurring support patterns and usage gaps, translating them into actionable recommendations for product enhancements • Create and maintain product documentation, including functional specifications, configuration notes, FAQs, and knowledge base content • Collaborate with Architects and Engineering to validate feasibility, dependencies, and solution approaches • Provide training and guidance to internal teams and customers on product functionality and best practices • Facilitate communication across cross-functional teams, participating in refinement sessions, stand-ups, and other Agile ceremonies as needed • Engage in integration and solution-design discussions for complex features, working with technical teams to devise scalable approaches • Uphold Innovation Lab standards for analysis, documentation, and support across all accelerators • Coordinate with data and reporting resources to define and validate data requirements • Provide insights and recommendations to product leadership based on customer feedback, support trends, and product usage.
