• Own day-to-day administration and ongoing optimization of Workday (HCM, Benefits, US Payroll, and more) • Configure and maintain workflows, security roles, organizational structures, and business processes – such as employee reviews, goal setting, etc. • Partner with People Ops, Payroll, Finance, Legal and IT to support system needs and cross-functional processes • Build and maintain reports and dashboards to support People insights and operational needs • Ensure data integrity and governance, including audits, validations, and cleanup initiatives • Troubleshoot system issues and manage enhancements, releases, and updates • Document system processes, standards, and configurations • Identify and implement automation and process improvements to reduce manual work • Support integrations with external systems (payroll, benefits, etc.) • Partner on audit readiness and compliance requirements related to HR systems

Job Requirements

  • 4–7 years of experience in Workday administration
  • Hands-on experience with Workday configuration (business processes, security, reporting, EIB loads and integration support)
  • Experience supporting HR, Payroll, or People Ops processes through systems
  • Strong understanding of data structures, reporting, and system workflows
  • Experience working cross-functionally with HR, IT, Finance, and Payroll teams
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

What Success Looks Like - New partner conversations are consistently started and followed up on. - Partnership opportunities are clearly tracked and moved forward. - Franchisees see practical value from vendor and partner programs. - Partner programs help create savings, leads, training, rebates, sponsorships, or operational support. - Leadership has clear visibility into outreach, pipeline, program performance, and next steps. - The role grows over time as the partnership strategy becomes more mature. Qualifications - 3 to 5 years of experience in business development, partnerships, account management, B2B sales, vendor relations, or a related role. - Strong relationship-building and follow-up skills. - Comfortable reaching out to new contacts and starting business conversations. - Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple conversations at once. - Coachable, curious, and open to feedback. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Comfortable using CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms. - Able to work independently while staying aligned with leadership. - Willingness to travel within Canada and the United States as needed. Nice to Have - Experience in construction, renovation, franchising, building materials, trades, home services, or supplier/vendor partnerships. - Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator or other prospecting tools. - Experience supporting rebate, referral, sponsorship, vendor, or preferred partner programs.
