Role Description We're hiring an Operations Manager to own end-to-end service delivery operations for a large-scale technology deployment program. You will serve as the connection point between customers, field consultants, and internal finance and staffing teams by: - Managing incoming deployment requests and work orders. - Building, tracking, and driving projects through successful completion. - Scheduling the right resources based on skills, availability, scope, and location. - Ensuring accurate project tracking, revenue capture, and operational reporting. - Maintaining strong communication across internal teams, customers, and partners. This is a coordination and detail-focused role supporting a high volume of concurrent projects. If you enjoy owning processes end to end, keeping multiple priorities organized, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks, you'll be successful in this position. This position reports to the Director of Operations. Qualifications - 4+ years of experience managing operations, service delivery, or projects (people and/or program management). - Experience within IT services, technology deployments, field services, or a partner/channel environment preferred. - Proven ability to manage a high volume of concurrent projects with strong organization, accuracy, and follow-through. - Experience using work-management or PSA platforms (Wrike or similar). - Experience using resource scheduling tools (Resource Guru or similar). - Comfortable working within vendor and partner portals. - Experience with enterprise service delivery systems, SAP Fieldglass, SAP Ariba, or similar platforms is a plus. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a proactive approach to follow-up. - Self-directed, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Requirements - Receive and triage deployment requests and work-order submissions. - Review project details within applicable partner portals and track engagements by unique project identifiers. - Build and maintain projects in our work-management system (Wrike) using established templates. - Capture critical project details, including customer information, locations, SKUs and quantities, timelines, project amounts, and revenue periods. - Assign field consultants using our scheduling tool (Resource Guru) based on skill set, availability, project requirements, and proximity. - Coordinate schedules with project stakeholders and ensure assignments remain current. - Proactively address scheduling conflicts and resource gaps. - Calculate and apply project adjustments, including mileage, after-hours, and weekend factors. - Ensure project amounts and revenue recognition data are accurate. - Manage deployment logistics and ensure projects remain on schedule. - Coordinate pre-deployment activities, including technical calls, travel arrangements, and readiness requirements. - Monitor project progress and proactively resolve issues. - Ensure completed work orders are properly closed. - Confirm engineers submit required completion documentation. - Transition completed projects to invoicing with accurate supporting information. - Reconcile time and cost center information (Paylocity). - Maintain accurate project and financial records. - Ensure all revenue-related data is properly captured in Wrike. - Support reporting and operational visibility across the organization. - Partner daily with customers, technology partners, finance, staffing/HR, and delivery teams. - Support operational forecasting, including upcoming PTO, contract transitions, and hiring needs. - Help improve processes and operational efficiency.
