Build scalable, production-ready AI solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes. - Translate Strategy into Engineered Products - Partner directly with TD&O divisional leaders, product teams, and operations executives to convert high-impact business use cases into technical blueprints and deployed AI capabilities. - Lead Hands-On Engineering Execution - Guide teams in model development, fine-tuning, evaluation, and deployment. Ensure performance, observability, scalability, and compliance across AI systems operating in production environments. - Operationalize GenAI at Scale - Develop reusable frameworks, APIs, orchestration layers, and components that accelerate AI adoption across multiple product lines and business workflows. - Champion Responsible & Secure AI - Establish engineering standards for model governance, telemetry, version control, and risk management in partnership with Enterprise Architecture and governance teams. • Support forecasting and staffing models by updating inputs, maintaining files, and validating trends. • Build and maintain dashboards and recurring reports for WFM and staffing metrics. • Help automate manual workflows across WFM (reporting, trackers, alerts, data pulls). • Support recruiting and training planning by optimizing the hiring funnel, onboarding throughput, and ramp performance. • Assist with intraday and weekly workforce performance monitoring (volume vs staffing, SLA risk, schedule gaps). • Document processes and create repeatable reporting/automation playbooks. • Interprets data, analyzes results, and provides insights to support data-driven decision-making for ad hoc and on-going reports. • Stay up-to-date with industry technologies and frameworks to identify trends to maintain best and cutting edge practices in AI. • Participate in special projects and initiatives as needed.

Role Description Tiger Analytics is looking for someone with a good blend of business consulting skills and data analytics background. - Work on the latest applications of data science to solve business problems. - Work directly with client stakeholders to translate business problems into high level analytics solution designs. - Present analytical solutions to business audiences highlighting robustness of the solution and how it could help generate business value. - Develop end-to-end solutions based on in-depth understanding of business problems to ensure analytics solutions are delivered efficiently, predictably, and sustainably. - Responsible for managing analytics projects, collaborating with client stakeholders and Tiger’s team situated globally. - Participate in discussions with team members to select and apply relevant analytic techniques and create actionable business insights. - Responsible for making presentations to senior management, communicating results to business teams, and develop plans to help operationalize analytic solution. Qualifications - 6-10 years of professional work experience with at least 5 years in data analytics. - Ability to engage with executive/VP level stakeholders from client’s team to translate business problems to high level analytics solution approach. - Solid understanding of statistical and machine learning algorithms. - Strong project management and team management skills and ability to work with global teams. - Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with analytic tools like R & Python & visualization tools like Qlik or Tableau. - Exposure to cloud platforms and big data systems such as Hadoop HDFS, Hive is a plus. - Ability to work with IT and Data Engineering teams to help embed analytic outputs in business processes. - Graduate in Business Analytics or MBA or equivalent work experience.
