The CMA serves as a liaison between providers, partner programs, pharmacies, insurance plans, support staff, patients, and others. They respond to inbound requests and assist with virtual care activities such as medication refills, connecting patients with clinicians, communicating test results, and providing patient education and support.  Duties & Responsibilities: - Receives, triages, and responds to inbound requests from providers, partner programs, pharmacies, insurance plans, support staff, patients, and others via multiple channels including, but not limited to, inbound calls and electronic messages regarding patient care. - Under the direction of a clinician, assists with virtual care activities such as gathering/documenting medical history, medication refills, test result communication, patient education, etc. - Assists with referrals, pharmacy questions,  patient portal administration, and authorization of services, equipment, and medications. - Answers calls and routes all incoming correspondence to appropriate staff. - Supports patients and team members with use of video visit technology and connecting patients with clinicians in a timely manner. - Follow all privacy policies and maintain the confidentiality of protected health information. - Some administrative and operations duties as assigned. Requirements - Schedule: Monday - Friday 12pm - 8pm CST - Certified Medical Assistant - Demonstrates awareness of medical/legal issues, patient rights and compliance of all relevant guidelines including HIPAA - Must be able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care and have the ability to assess data appropriate to the age-specific needs of the patients. - 3-5 years’ experience as a Medical Assistant preferably in primary care.  - At least 1 year of experience in telehealth is preferred but not required. - Managerial or lead CMA experience preferred but not required. - Experience with electronic medical records systems. We are seeking a detail-oriented Medical Licensing Specialist to oversee the licensing processes for our healthcare physicians, and nurses. The Medical Licensing Specialist will play a key role in streamlining procedures and maintaining compliance with all relevant guidelines related to licensing physicians and nurses across all 51 states. Key Responsibilities: ● Manage the end-to-end medical licensing process. ● Assist with the onboarding process for new clinicians ● Ensure timely acquisition and renewal of licenses for all SteadyMD physicians and nurses. ● Maintain compliance with state and federal licensing regulations. ● Act as the primary liaison with medical boards and regulatory agencies. ● Update internal teams on changes in licensing laws and requirements.

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Credentialing Specialist to support provider onboarding and compliance across a multi-state telehealth environment. This role is critical to ensuring our clinicians are fully vetted, credentialed, and ready to safely deliver care. Key Responsibilities: ● Manage end-to-end credentialing for providers from intake through approval ● Build and maintain provider profiles in Modio ● Track workflows and progress in JIRA ● Perform primary source verification (licenses, education, board certs, DEA, etc.) ● Run sanction screenings (OIG, SAM, NPDB) and complete compliance checks ● Partner cross-functionally to move providers from Credentialing Approved → Clear to Practice (CTP) ● Communicate with providers to ensure timely application completion

• Support forecasting and staffing models by updating inputs, maintaining files, and validating trends. • Build and maintain dashboards and recurring reports for WFM and staffing metrics. • Help automate manual workflows across WFM (reporting, trackers, alerts, data pulls). • Support recruiting and training planning by optimizing the hiring funnel, onboarding throughput, and ramp performance. • Assist with intraday and weekly workforce performance monitoring (volume vs staffing, SLA risk, schedule gaps). • Document processes and create repeatable reporting/automation playbooks. • Interprets data, analyzes results, and provides insights to support data-driven decision-making for ad hoc and on-going reports. • Stay up-to-date with industry technologies and frameworks to identify trends to maintain best and cutting edge practices in AI. • Participate in special projects and initiatives as needed.

• Appointment Management & clinician Support: Oversee appointment queues, assigning or reassigning visits based on priorities and coverage. Act as the primary support for clinicians, addressing shift needs, technical issues, and appointment priorities. • Technical and IT Coordination: Open and manage IT support tickets on behalf of clinicians for both internal and external platforms. Follow up on tickets to ensure timely resolution of issues. • Communication and Escalation: Engage with clinicians through multiple channels (e.g., Slack, email, web-based phone) to address questions, escalate issues, and ensure effective communication across teams. • Data and Reporting: Track and report key operational metrics, including service level performance, clinician engagement, and shift summaries. Maintain accurate records of consult statuses and any service level misses. • Customer and Partner Interaction: Manage incoming communications from patients, partners, and other stakeholders. SteadyMD is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Medical Operations Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless flow of clinical operations by managing consult assignments, supporting clinicians during their shifts, and overseeing various communication channels. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for operational excellence in a healthcare setting. Position Overview: - Full-time position, 40 hours per week - Schedule: We operate 7 days per week, 24 hours a day and you should be prepared to work any of the various shifts supported by our team. - This position will, for the most part, be dedicated to a schedule of Thursday-Sunday (post-training) - Reports to: Sr. Manager, Program Operations - Remote: This is a fully remote position - Flexibility: Schedules vary based on business needs, and the candidate must be able to work any shifts that fall within the advertised hours of 12:00 AM - 11:59 PM CST, regardless of their location or time zone - Location: Candidates must reside within the continental United States and be permanent citizens. • Lead end-to-end execution of quality and safety initiatives, including planning, stakeholder alignment, timelines, and reporting. • Develop and maintain program plans for clinical audits, quality metrics, incident reporting, and risk mitigation efforts. • Track progress, risks, and outcomes to ensure initiatives are delivered on time and with measurable impact. • Prepare monthly quality reports, dashboards, and partner-facing reporting deliverables. • Generate clinician scorecards, chart review summaries, and tracking lists for clinicians under review. • Support internal and external quality meetings by preparing materials, summaries, and performance reporting. • Identify, pull, and categorize charts for routine, priority, and focused chart reviews using established rubrics. • Track and support chart review workflows for new and existing clinicians. • Ensure timely completion of chart reviews and provide status updates to clinical leadership. • Maintain accurate quality and clinician tracking documentation across systems (including JIRA or similar tools). • Support onboarding workflows by ensuring clinician records, quality tracking, and supervision details are up to date. • Assist with implementation calls and provide support related to clinical quality and NP supervision requirements. • Support the development and implementation of tools to streamline quality reporting, chart review operations, and supervision tracking. Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve reporting efficiency. • Partner with internal teams to enhance visibility and access to quality and supervision data. • Work closely with clinical leadership and partner-facing teams to meet ongoing reporting needs and respond to ad-hoc requests.
