Job Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive design, UX engineering, design technologist, and/or full-stack development experience.
- Demonstrated understanding of AI concepts, applications, and integration patterns, with working knowledge of major AI APIs and enterprise AI tooling ecosystems.
- Demonstrated fluency with AI development tools, including experience integrating large language models (LLMs), generative AI services, and AI-powered workflow automation into production applications.
- Demonstrated technical communication skills, with proven collaboration across design, engineering, product, and leadership stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Experience with technical transformation and tool adoption initiatives, including driving organizational change through internal tooling and workflow improvements.
- Experience driving and influencing continuous technical improvement, both in personal craft development and team capability building.
- Experience architecting AI-augmented workflows, and can identify creative, scalable technical solutions that enhance rather than replace human creativity.

- The cash compensation below includes base salary, on-target commission for employees in eligible roles, and annual bonus targets under HubSpot’s bonus plan for eligible roles.

AI Cluster Architect

• Architect large-scale GPU clusters within fixed site power budgets that optimizes for maximum GPU density while reserving necessary headroom for compute services, storage, and networking. • Model and validate power consumption across the full cluster bill of materials (GPUs, CPUs, NICs, switches, fabric components, storage, and facility limits). • Evaluate tradeoffs across multiple fabric networking architectures (InfiniBand, RoCE, SpectrumX) as well as multi-plane, 2-tier/3-tier, and rail-optimized topologies. • Determine network scale limits based on switch radix, link speed, topology, and blocking requirements. • Gather, interpret, and maintain detailed SKU-level power and thermal specifications for GPUs, NICs, switches, DPUs, storage, and server platforms. • Develop power-aware cluster configuration templates and capacity-planning models that can scale across sites with varying constraints and allow for quick iteration and ideation. • Document architecture, design choices, tradeoff analyses, and operational considerations for deployment and lifecycle management. • Provide guidance on future-proofing, including the ability to incorporate next-gen GPUs, NICs, or fabrics. • Collaborate with vendors on novel fabric architectures that enable large-scale cluster deployments (100k+ GPUs)
• This role directly reports to and supports the Associate Director of T&O Risk (1B) - Business Risk Advisory and Controls - Testing & Advisory • The candidate will provide independent advisory, oversight, and validation of governance, risk, and control activities that support Enterprise Data Governance and AI Governance • The candidate will also support Product/Service/Process Risk Assessments (PSPRA) and Regulatory Compliance Risk Assessment (RCRA), maintain Process Risk and Control (PRC) libraries and advise on Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) • The role works in close collaboration with First Line of Defense (1LOD) and Regulatory Compliance and Risk-related Second Line of Defense (2LOD) partners to support and strengthen governance and risk management across the enterprise
