Senior Product Designer

Phare Health

• Help shape and scale a new product in enterprise platforms for revenue cycle management (RCM) • Partner closely with Product and Engineering to define and deliver complex, high-impact workflows • Evolve a large, multi-surface product while helping stand up a new client-facing, AI-enabled offering • Work across an existing production system with active internal users and a new AI-enabled product

Job Requirements

  • 7–10+ years in Product Design / UX Design
  • A portfolio demonstrating enterprise UX, complex workflow design, end-to-end ownership, and clear, outcome-driven problem framing
  • Deep expertise in Figma and modern design tooling
  • Experience designing for data-dense, workflow-heavy environments
  • Ability to independently drive user research and discovery
  • Strong cross-functional communication and collaboration
  • Experience building high-fidelity prototypes outside Figma
  • HTML / CSS / JavaScript fundamentals; React familiarity preferred
  • Comfort in dev-adjacent workflows (e.g., VS Code) and AI-assisted prototyping (e.g., Claude / code-gen tools)
  • A working understanding of how design translates into front-end architecture and component systems
  • Nice to Have
  • Enterprise SaaS, fintech, or complex B2B platform experience
  • Design-system contribution
  • Startup or early-stage product experience
  • Exposure to AI-enabled product experiences
