Senior Operations Specialist, Systems

**Position Responsibilities:** - Own day-to-day operational systems health, including monitoring and resolving exceptions across middleware, 3PLs, and e-commerce platforms, in close partnership with the e-commerce team, to prevent fulfillment, inventory, revenue, or customer experience issues - Act as the primary operations point of contact for system workflows, troubleshooting, and coordination with platform partners, leading investigations, driving resolution, and implementing process improvements as needed - Support commercial operational execution across DTC, Amazon, retail, and export channels, including SKU setup, inventory alignment, ad hoc data pulls/reporting, documentation readiness, and operational enablement for both new and existing channels - Partner with Inventory and Supply Chain teams to support inventory accuracy across systems, including reconciliation support, kitting and de-kitting workflows, and investigation of discrepancies or system mismatches - Lead operational setup and systems readiness for new and existing products, SKUs, and lifecycle changes (out-of-stock, end-of-life, SKU swaps), ensuring alignment across all systems and customer-facing platforms
Job Requirements
- Basic Qualifications:**
- 5+ years of experience in operations, supply chain, business operations, or systems-focused roles within CPG, e-commerce, or logistics-driven environments
- Hands-on experience working with operational systems such as Netsuite, Pipe 17/Celigo, or fulfillment platforms
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate root causes across multiple systems and data sources
- Experience managing cross-functional operational workflows and coordinating with internal teams and external partners
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and follow-through
- Preferred Skills:**
- Experience supporting retail, wholesale, or export operational setups, including documentation and channel-specific workflows
- Familiarity with inventory reconciliation, kitting/de-kitting workflows, and multi-warehouse or international inventory flows
- Experience partnering with Customer Service teams to resolve fulfillment or systems-related issues upstream
- Comfort working in scaling startups or lean teams where processes are built, refined, and documented in real time
- Strong written communication skills for documenting workflows, system changes, and operational updates
