Job Requirements

Key Responsibilities - Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Skylight platform. - Drive product enhancements that improve customer outcomes, retention, and revenue growth. - Monitor regulatory changes, industry trends, and emerging technologies, including AI/ML, generative AI, and agentic AI, to shape future product capabilities. - Translate business, customer, and regulatory requirements into actionable product requirements for engineering teams. - Partner closely with Engineering, QA, Compliance, Sales, and Customer Success to deliver high-quality product releases. - Serve as a product and compliance subject matter expert during client meetings, product demonstrations, industry events, and thought leadership activities. - Support enterprise sales efforts through product positioning, roadmap discussions, and solution presentations. - Lead and mentor product team members while helping mature product management practices across the organization. Qualifications - 7+ years of experience in product management, compliance technology, financial crime, risk management, or financial services. - Experience leading regulated software products from concept through production. - Strong understanding of AML, fraud prevention, sanctions screening, SAR/CTR reporting, and financial crime compliance frameworks. - Experience working closely with software engineering teams in an Agile environment. - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including executive and client-facing interactions.
