Director of Product - Skylight Platform

Role Description The Director of Product – Skylight Platform will lead the product strategy, feature roadmap, and execution for Skylight, Euronet's anti-fraud, anti-financial crime and compliance technology platform. This role is responsible for ensuring the platform delivers commercial value, meets evolving regulatory requirements, and continues to scale as a leading enterprise SaaS solution. Reporting to the President of epay North America, this leader will serve as the key bridge between compliance, technology, customers, and internal Euronet business stakeholders while owning the full product lifecycle from concept through delivery and ongoing optimization. This is a highly visible leadership opportunity to shape the future of compliance technology within a global payments organization. You'll have direct influence on product strategy, innovation, and AI-driven solutions that help financial institutions combat fraud, money laundering, and financial crime. Key Responsibilities - Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Skylight platform. - Drive product enhancements that improve customer outcomes, retention, and revenue growth. - Monitor regulatory changes, industry trends, and emerging technologies, including AI/ML, generative AI, and agentic AI, to shape future product capabilities. - Translate business, customer, and regulatory requirements into actionable product requirements for engineering teams. - Partner closely with Engineering, QA, Compliance, Sales, and Customer Success to deliver high-quality product releases. - Serve as a product and compliance subject matter expert during client meetings, product demonstrations, industry events, and thought leadership activities. - Support enterprise sales efforts through product positioning, roadmap discussions, and solution presentations. - Lead and mentor product team members while helping mature product management practices across the organization. Qualifications - 7+ years of experience in product management, compliance technology, financial crime, risk management, or financial services. - Experience leading regulated software products from concept through production. - Strong understanding of AML, fraud prevention, sanctions screening, SAR/CTR reporting, and financial crime compliance frameworks. - Experience working closely with software engineering teams in an Agile environment. - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including executive and client-facing interactions. Preferred Qualifications - AML/BSA expertise, including FinCEN regulations, SAR/CTR filing, transaction monitoring, and case management workflows. - Experience with banking compliance technology, risk management platforms, or RegTech solutions. - AI/ML product experience, particularly within regulated and audit-sensitive environments. - Knowledge of fintech, Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS), and payments ecosystems. - Experience supporting enterprise sales cycles and working with compliance, risk, and operations leaders. - Experience managing products subject to regulatory examinations, audits, and compliance oversight.
